The safety of our students, staff, and the entire community is our number one priority. In light of the recent surge of Omicron, we have implemented additional safety protocols for our event in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. Some changes to our program and increased safety initiatives are as follows:

  • Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (within 72 hours) will be required before entering the event - no exceptions.

  • Masks will be worn at all times and provided at the door in case you have forgotten yours.

  • No food or drink will be served at the event to ensure masks are worn at all times.

  • The duration of the event has been reduced to just two hours from 10am-12pm to limit extended exposure.

  • Cultural activities will be limited to our traditional performances and all families will watch these performances in socially distanced pods..

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help in any way we can.
