Exploring his backyard or a nearby trail will help him center his mind & body.
Make a Sit Spot:
Have him spend a few minutes outside, just sitting. He will come back more connected to nature & himself.

Make a map of your surroundings: Creating a simple map of his environment will help regulate emotions & cultivate a feeling
